Yeah, I've got a Rubbermaid 20oz bottle I refill. Try to drain it twice at work, once in the evening at home. Got 8oz cup I do my meds with, twice in the morning, twice at night.
Gets me over 90oz daily most of the time.
I can't throw rocks today. Being home sick I haven't been refilling my water bottle on the at-work schedule 😅

I go under the knife Tuesday. Got hit with some very costly medical bills that were not part of the plan, which have increased the cost of the surgery by several extra thousands of dollars. Any and all help during this time would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 💜
