Look what they've done to our beautiful internets.
What we see here is Donald Trump, acting as he always does, as a global chaos generator.
The further we stand away from that, the better off we will be.
Well said @georgemonbiot.bsky.social ๐

Mad MAGAs screaming into a void.
It's a cult.
Oh great. Another bonkers theocracy.
Mafia cosplaying as a cult.
This horse wins World Book Day
This is superb, as ever from @bbcrosatkins.bsky.social who should be in charge of political content in the BBC.
Head and shoulders above all domestic political commentators.
Unemotional fact based unpeeling of bullshit
Rufuk's Cunningham didnโt realise she wasnโt at a care home, but at a university. ๐
Giggling at this. What a dick. The punchline is worth the wait.
I guess the difference is that Ukraine was defending itself.
Sickening.
Road users have options
Ok, but road users do have options, as you can see on the map. There is no need to drive your vehicle through the yellow section, especially if it is causing environmental damage to rare chalk streams on top of what the water companies have been doing.
I guess my point is it's unnecessary.
Since people rode horses and carts through them. This is being done for fun, and it's not just crossing the river.

I can only imagine that they're angry Clarkson clones outraged by anyone telling them they can't drive their cars through a chalk stream river.
This is ridiculous. Why would you want to drive your 4x4 through a chalk stream river?

A cartoon from the 1950โs thatโs more relevant than ever ๐
[We see a close up of a young white male, tanned, white teeth, coiffed hair clearly an influencer on social media. It is an image such as you see when social media posts are shown on the news. In the corner of the screen is named a location: DUBAI. He is staring slightly off-camera for several silent panels of the comic strip. His eyes move slightly. He is having a thought.] From off-screen a newsreaderโs commentary comes: NEWSREADER: Extraordinary images here of an expat in Dubai [The influencerโs eybrows raise slightly] โฆHaving their first ever geopolitical thought. [CUT TO a BBC news scene. The BBC newsreader CLIVE MYRIE is talking to an interviewee next to the screen showing the social media influencerโs face. The intervieweeโs name is David Jones]. CLIVE MYRIE: To explain the significance of this moment weโre joined by David Jones, our Expat Thoughts correspondent DAVID JONES: Clive, this is momentous It was caught on film at the end of an Instagram post titled: โDubai Is Brilliantโ. [Pointing at the screen, the influencerโs expression still the same] You can clearly see in the eyebrows here, the dawning realisation that there *might* be something in the world beyond his dickhead self. It marks a *huge* departure from all the Dubai Expatโs previous thoughts. CLIVE MYRIE: Which areโฆ? DAVID JONES: You've Got To Get Yourself Out Here Mate, Everything Is So Clean, I Don't Have To Pay Taxes, I Am Incurious As To Why I Do Not Have To Pay Taxes, and Spa. CLIVE MYRIE: And might we see an expansion of these new Thoughts in coming days? DAVID JONES: I think we can expect to see: โI Deserve To Be Airlifted By A Country I Pay No Tax Toโ CLIVE MYRIE: Mmm. [Ends]

This stupid move will only serve to unite many opposing Muslim countries against them. It's the military equivalent of bankrupting a casino.
They should just rename themselves Reform Dubai and be done with it
