I'm sorry, threads has taken my attention away from this place. I'm still waiting for the VGK to come here officially.

I think we are minority. The internet has been dumbed down and now caters to people who can’t search for things on their own. It’s evident when I go on Reddit and people treat it as if it were a personal concierge service.

At the same time it makes me glad that I’ll continue to work in IT

I have to do this because I clearly know by now that there are groups or individuals who game these algorithms for various purposes.

I’m just here to follow hockey, tech and occasionally chat about random bullshit. I honestly think these and other sm platforms bad to discuss serious subjects.

I watched your video last night. I am also the 3% who always goes to the subscription feed and almost never the recommended areas.

I control my algorithms on any platform with an iron fist. I’ve learned over the years to not even view or watch undesired content to avoid “contamination” of them.

I went to see the VGK in person on the road three times this week and I’m EXHAUSTED. IT was worth it though!

I’m still terrible at social media. I just refuse to play the algorithm driven popularity contest.

Suggestion: add a sports gaming category

I just realized that I’m seeing the VGK in person THREE TIMES next week!

That means I will be seeing them a total of 7 times this season. I’ve been to nine professional games in a five month span. After this I gotta cool it for a bit.

I just got a ticket for NYR/VGK at the garden. I'm wondering do I wear my NYR jersey OR go rouge and wear my VGK gear.
