I did read, including the explicit term "literal satanists." Your explanation is, I think, not terribly clear if it leaves so much room to be seen as founded in irrational literalism.

Okay, fuck. I guess I have to make an explicit exception in the ETP setting itself, not just toggle the switch. This sucks, I don't want to have to constantly disable and re-enable such a setting just to post a picture.

So, if it's narrowed to Firefox (& variants) on my lappy, it's got to be the security/privacy settings, bc that's the biggest difference btwn phone & desktop I have. Looking thru settings, it seems likely the problem is the Enhanced Tracking Protection stripping images of data. Trying exception.

What if I use Tor browser on the laptop? That's a Firefox breed. Will it do something stupid to my images?
