Restaurant with a view! The old MCA cafe in Sydney is now Canvas where just like the artworks change in the galleries, the chefs will change every six months too. My first Canvas lunch was with Josh Raine, former Tetsuya’s Executive Chef and oh yes, it was a good one.

Oh I can so relate to that! It was so hard to leave and I’m excited because I’ll be heading back to India this year. Some of the same places plus some new ones this time including time on the Ganges. Can’t wait!
