Hey there- I'm Lukas Kawika! You might know me by my FA username laruf. I'm a writer of furry smut, romance, & fantasy novels. Recently I left my job to return to full-time creativity, and I'm endlessly happy to have done so! Story commissions are open to a limited audience, mainly my friends, my SubscribeStar supporters, and occasionally to members of my Telegram sketch channel via posted openings. Since I was last open, prices have gone up under a pay-what-you-want format so I can more reliably cover my expenses, and I've done away with story sketches because of that.

Also, I have two novels published and available for purchase through Bewere Books, via their online shop site & at most major furcons wherever they're vending! A Taste of Something Else: This one's primarily M/M contemporary college romance about escaping a shitty relationship, rediscovering what it feels like to fall in love, and working to overcome old emotional wounds. It was my first time writing a longer, focused story, and even though that kinda shows, I'm still proud of it and dearly love these boys. It's also available on Audible! Heart of the Forest: This one's a sword-n-sorcery high fantasy werewolf romance, also primarily M/M, about finding love in unexpected places, making sacrifices in the name of something greater, and how trauma becomes a part of & fundamentally changes who you are. It's probably my proudest work so far. The sequel novella is available to read in my galleries, and I'm continuing to work on other stories in this same world!
