Funny story about that...No shit, the other driver and I waited 2 hours just to hear that they weren't coming.
There's a list of things but I think the main one is that they deemed me at fault when we were both blind-sighted. Also when I spoke to my rep, she didn't bother to ask me my side of the story. I basically had to force them to hear me out (which got me no where).
