I was able to run out and grab the owner before she drove away. She was able to catch the cat, who was running free in the back room. Spouse and I convinced the Petsmart guy that he needed to go to urgent care for his wounds. Cat scratches/bites are nasty.

At Petsmart recently where someone dropped off their cat to be boarded. Almost as soon as he took the cat into the back, the Petsmart dude came out with blood dripping from his hands, asking where the owners were. Cat was feral and had attacked with claws and teeth as soon as he put his hands in.
