A series of shallow steps leads up a grassy hill, to a stone tower. A small bench is at the bottom of the steps. To the right of the hill, a full moon is peeking out, under a post sunset purpleish sky.

A country lane leads away from the viewer, with hedgerow borders and some daffodils on the left verge, with overhanging trees above. Through thr tree branches, can be seen a large green hill, on top of which is a church tower, Glastonbury Tor. The weather is bright and sunny, giving a Spring vibe to the scene.

Two views of a square brick built tower, which has an arch way through the lower half, and two rows of two arched open windows above. The roof is open. On one side is an extending wall eith a further large arch. The tower is surrounded by trees. The sky is a late afternoon blue, with hints of pink from the setting sun. A crescent moon is high above. This view is looking straight on at the front of the tower.

This view is of the tower from a diagonal viewpoint to one corner.

Willett Hill Tower was built in approx 1774, probably as a hunting folly. One of Somerset's hidden gems.

Blimey!!!

A flooded field is seen from ground level, stretching to a tree line on the horizon. It is dusk, with low light, with a dark blue/grey sky, with cloud banks diagonally across the sky. The low light paints the flood water a silvery blue.

The view from a hilltop looking over flooded fields as far as the horizon, with trees and hedgelines protruding from the water. The sky is full of dark moody clouds, save for a break in the middle of the view, through which a yellow/orange sky can be viewed, as the otherwise hidden late afternoon sunlight peeks through.

A very still river flows diagonally from bottom right across the view, with the left bank having a slopping path covered in brown leaves, and a right bank with scattered trees. The still water reflects the green vegetation on the above bank. Stretching between the two banks is a stone viaduct, with three arches seen.

The sky is mainly thick grey cloud, apart from a horizontal break, which is brightly lit by light from above, which falls through the cloud break as beams of light, radiating out in a fan downwards. Below is the town of Leek, with the distant buildings catching the light from above. The far horizon is a orange band of sky between land and cloud, lit by the late afternoon sun.
