I was lucky to work part-time in aquatics at the National Ballet School for a couple of years in my 20s, and it was amazing to see those kids and teens - like, to be able to offer a suggestion about how they could tweak a swim stroke slightly and see it instantly incorporated. Truly awe-inspiring.
