Ive thought about this a lot. You could do puzzles that require different sizes so they require you to be in a room at different ages. Certain rooms could oy be accessible to certain ages as well so you are forced to play with getting regressed to certain extent on runs in order to progress

Oh its great. They do do many fun things with that system haha I dont want to spoil anything but I found how they related your stats to how dialog and skill checks went to be really cool. Lotta extra dialog youd need to write but it was worth in that case

I really like how disco elysium did it, where your stats controlled what your inner monologue said to you
