If you want to keep selling on Itch, I highly recommend changing your payment method to "Direct to you". This won't protect you from censorship but will keep Itch from seizing any money you have already legally earned.

Funds are typically frozen while an investigation is underway until the situation is resolved. But if there's no resolution/no appeal, then what happens? Do they hold the funds indefinitely? The lack of clarity around this point in particular is astounding.

And if they DON'T mean they're going to just keep any funds earned, they REALLY have to hire someone else to start wording things for them. Elsewhere in the text, they reference funds being refunded or frozen... well, which is it? Those are two different things.

I wanted to give Itch some benefit of the doubt, but this is so draconian. What if they make a mistake?

On the idea that they had to comply with the payment processors to survive: WILL they though? Goodwill is gone. Trust is gone. This is like shooting your right foot to protect your left foot.
