Ich bin in diese PK mit der Überzeugung gegangen, dass man das Vorhaben auf der Grundlage der Eckpunkte seriös noch nicht bewerten können wird, weil es auf die Details ankommt. Diese Überzeugung war falsch. Diese Eckpunkte versuchen noch nicht mal, einen Pfad zur Klimaneutralität zu behaupten.
