Ripe, fresh, *in-season* strawberries. Don't bother with the ones that hang out in the grocery store all year and have basically no flavor. Find out when your area's peak strawberry season is, go to a farmer's market, and have your mind blown by flavor.

Season 2 of Traitors was very entertaining in general but I have to say one of my favorite moments is in the reunion when Andy Cohen gives every other Housewife a warm personal greeting and then goes “hi Tamra good to see you” and moves on.
Like sure sometimes it was a pain having to secure everything in my apartment that could be chewed and/or clawed, but otoh on Monday I used an old shower curtain liner as a tarp to paint stuff on and I just now picked it up off the floor. Not a chance of that happening under his majesty’s regime.
One thing about losing my cat is it’s made me realize how much having a cat who would get into everything and cause problems on purpose forced me to keep my own messiness under control.

...and Entertaining Angels which is a biopic of Catholic Socialist activist Dorothy Day that Martin Sheen is also in. Lots of Martin Sheen in my Catholic school movie experience.

I would like to propose a variant whereby once in a while, if you’re giving a cashier etc. a hard time while there’s a long line behind you, your fellow customers can legally open a trapdoor under your feet at the register.
You know that post about how every customer service worker should get one free murder a year, and it would work as an asshole deterrent because potential assholes wouldn’t know if the worker they’re dealing with has used their murder or not yet?
