I decided to try, but I should've gone for a refurbished one because I had a bad feeling about the form factor.

These phones are way too big. Keeps falling out of my pocket. It’s top heavy so really wants to fall out of your hands as well. It’s been a year with the 16 and I really can’t get used to it.

Not sure yet, all refurbished as far as I can see.

I use Pages/Numbers for business things 🤷‍♂️ It's not perfect but with for low volume it's fine.

It's super easy.
