Sometimes fiction tells truths that facts cannot. It was true of Steinbeck's THE GRAPES OF WRATH, and it's true of Larwence Wright's t heartfelt novel of the days leading up to the Hamas attack on Israel in 2023. THE HUMAN SCALE is suspenseful, hard to put down, even harder to forget.

I left X recently, but it is a good way to find out how insane far right ppl are getting, some of them on there seem to have forgotten they take medication. Others are so unhinged it's like they have a three ring circus full of clowns inside their head. Although It's very toxic, it's entertaining.

Trump has lost his mind. His speeches are insane, misspelled ravings about the 2020 election, filled with bad grammar and shotgun caps. If this guy were a mayor in Anytown, USA, he would be told politely but firmly to surrender the gavel and get medical help.

Trump really is trying to destroy America. He has ginned up this idea that there are Red states and Blue states, instead of the United States. I think (and hope) that we will outlast him. One year down, three to go.

The idiocy of Trump is almost divine. Someone on that other site said "How stupid can he be if he ran all that real estate stuff in NYC?" Well, we could argue about that, but I will admit he has a certain animal cunning. Of course, my first agent used to say, "Shit full of gas always floats."
