also i just finished a sociology book for the first time in ages

i like barely have any desire to use twitter anymore (i Hate that forced algo feeds take away your agency / control over your media environment) and it is fuckn' awesome to write code for bsky to like, archive my art accounts

i feel like i finally have a handle on "ADHD" (which i certainly have, genetically, in that my dad was a paramedic & he can't fall asleep on time) - and it is like, exercise and appropriately shaped daily life, and it has greatly improved my thinking
