Something that is REALLY HARD to accept: repentance requires repair.

I’ve had to work hard to make right and whole the people I’ve harmed.

There’s no easy out. Only the good work of undoing wrongs, unlearning systems, lifting up the harmed, and reconstruction.

Put differently, even “moral” Anthropic doesn’t seem to care much about who AI is used to hurt beyond the CEO’s personal sense of attachment and comfort. There’s no principle at work still, only ego and desperation for legitimacy.

I will be asking my employers to immediately discontinue use of all OpenAI products and terminate our subscriptions to their services.
