your DID *can't* change no matter whether you're using PLC or web. "changing" a DID is just creating another account

another minor UX pet peeve I just noticed if you're up for it: you can left click the box+link here, but ctrl+click only works on the link and not the box. I know that these open in a new tab anyways, but it's instinctive for me to ctrl+click links most of the time
