Also if you're having hardware problems, do not boot windows booteable USB, use a Linux distro of your choice.

Mash the bios, if you can't pass from bios stage you have a hardware problem, you said its the battery so I'd look to replace this. Usually when the bios beeps angry at you, it's hardware related. So not a lot to do here if you can't pass POST screen.
