Okay, so here goes. I have not been particularly active for a number of reasons. I had a very rough last year of college in which I had to seriously lock in but I was able to successfully graduate. Afterwards, I moved to Boston through a program that helped cover my moving costs, and trained me over the summer to put me in a practically guaranteed job. I had to move out from where I was living not only to escape the south in today's climate, but I wanted to start living independently away from family that I had bad blood with. I went through all of this because it seemed secure enough for a leap of faith and I was willing to take the steps needed to improve my life and make my life my own.

Well, I spent the entire summer building up to the start of my job, only to last a month there before they let me go with basically no notice to speak of. I have been left scrambling since, but finding a job has been largely met with failure, and my mental health has severely deteriorated. For one reason or another I was fine for a while after my sudden termination, but I am now left with the ultimate question of what I'm doing next. I think for my own safety and security I probably need to move back in with my family at least until I can regroup and find another way forward, but that poses an issue when my family does not make a lot of money and can't really do much to help me at the moment. I really did not want to get to the point where I would be begging for help from strangers on the internet, but here we are. If anything, I probably should have done this a long time ago but I've always had problems asking people for help. Any support helps and is greatly appreciated.

I'm genuinely very, very sorry to do this, but it's the only option I have at this point.
