This isn't a good move. Sleep scientists have loudly warned that permanent daylight saving time isn't a good idea. The @bcndpcaucus.bsky.social ought to listen to the sleep scientists and reconsider this decision. It's also going to lead to a lot of confusion from early November until early March.

“Surface” along 405 is going to involve lots of digging and retaining walls next to neighborhoods and you still need a viaduct from 405 to the 2 Line. Doesn’t look like Eastrail is being used here.
