Hey Saud, thank you for your comment and sorry for the late response. Indeed, public debate and policy concerns are shaped by the desires of the elite vs. the pressing needs of the lower classes. Capital (economic or symbolic) shapes our political landscape and what's deemed a legitimate proposal.
