I lack the words to capture it, but ... it's just endlessly remarkable to me that so many people in our society have chosen trans kis -- TRANS KIDS, the smallest, least significant, most vulnerable demographic slice you could possibly pick -- as a repository for all their fears & insecurities.

They wanted to cover the announcement of @genderlib.com as an exclusive in January 2025 and haven't responded to any of our emails since.

Our court dates are this week. 3 of us got an unlawful entry charge (no one even tried to enter the building) and one of the Black men in our group got a bogus resisting arrest charge.

At 1:30 Central/2:30 Eastern, my colleague @harperseldin.bsky.social will be in state court in Kansas asking a judge to block the new law that invalidated the driver's licenses of trans people across the state. You can tune into the hearing here

She’d Never Changed Her Gender Marker. Kansas Invalidated Her License Anyway. — Assigned A trans Kansas resident recently changed her name but not her gender marker on her license, fearing what Kansas may do if she did. The Kansas DMV still flagged her ID.

This story, from @natezuke.bsky.social, is absolutely wild. A trans woman who never changed her gender marker was issued a letter invalidating her license. At the DMV they cut up her license, which had an "M" marker.
