Changed the sheets, decorated the tree and hung fairy lights everywhere :)
One of the things us “Bluesky Elders” have learned from our year & a half here is that this experience is what you make of it. Block trolls, don’t quote drag, mute jerks, mute topics that make you angry or sad, just go all in on self-moderation and this place can be so fucking chill. It’s worth it.

I’m rereading Stephen King this year, and my current book is The Tommyknockers. I remembered it as not being one of his best, and I think I still classify it as that. Premise? Amazing. Execution? Ehhhm.
Oh well, with the size of his oeuvre you can’t win them all I guess.

Up until now it is Winters Heart by Robert Jordan, which I had signed by him during one of his rare visits to the Netherlands. I also have a signed Robin Hobb (if I remember correctly aDutch version of one of the Liveship Trader books) 🥰
