The Tags page has new view and sort options.
The command menu now includes contextual note actions if viewing a note page.
If you create a new note while viewing a list filtered by tag, that tag will be prefilled in your new note

1. Good idea. We already have pinned notes. Pinned tags seem like a natural extension of that.
2. I've been thinking about adding a GUI for editing note properties (like tags), similar to Obsidian and Notion. Would that solve your use case?
