Bug Fixes:
- Bugs falling through 1 tile gaps reverted to pre-v0.2 behavior (oops)
- Fixed BFDI: Branches Guide saying Bucket fill was "B", (it's "F")
- [enemies_killed] BBcode now works unconditionally
- Fixed moving Spike Blocks and Death Spike Blocks not damaging in lava
