I would also recommend listening to 'The Lasting Harm' by Lucia Osbourne-Crowley on Audible. A very important book, but will involve a lot more clenching.
Similar thing with the parking app used for King Street car park. Was all set up and over the course of a year, every time I parked it charged me based on number plate. Then they fined me for not paying. They started using a new app without mentioning it. Lots of complaining and they backed down.

I was very disappointed that I was going to miss the Edinburgh shows due to being away, very glad to see the Glasgow date in September though :)

I had the great pleasure of meeting @robinince.bsky.social at Glastonbury this year and picking up his latest book, 'Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal' which I can't recommend highly enough. My wife and I ended up getting the audio version for the 9 hour drive home, a perfect end to the weekend.
