Oh, practice in public speaking and debate would be a great way to put in oneself the energy needed. Physical gestures, body movements, facial expressions. That's conviction. Rock that in every spell and prayer. Be the center of the universe, and be as big as you can be.

Jumping rope is a lot more tiresome than it was 50 years ago.
Maybe they're making the jump ropes a lot heavier than they used to make them.
Though I hadn't given thought to the Angelic energy at the time, I see the effect of its presence in the skryed vision, as I was gliding over the countryside & well tended fields.

A volcano breaks thru the ground & builds itself to my gliding height. This could be dangerous. The volcano erupts into a massive beautiful, powerful tree. Glide thru the branches like a bird. Joy.
Take away: that which looks scary at first can quickly turn to beauty. Trust the magick & Spirit.

Going down a mountainous hiway. Force myself off the edge at a curve. Terrible fear at first but do it.
Not falling but gliding high over the countryside. Beautiful lands & hedges below. Look for symbols carved in the hedges. See none, only shifting shapes of energy.
