so i would imagine they also would find it exhausting to rule over others, and instead they would just tell others to do all the actual heavy effort while they just command directly at whatever scope feels comfortable to save them effort while still getting the satisfaction of whatever they want
i suspect the intersection of those is having power to do as they please. money is just a tokenized form of power, as you use it to exchange for stuff you want or services. the more of it, the more one can do whatever pleases them. people who want to rule just want authority/power, & delegate effort
