Noooooo
Not gonna lie, I am AMPED. I guess a weaker skater would crumble at the thought of being the last one of a very long group!
Not so much the first event, but the second one, which is the FINAL SKATER in a group of 20 that is the first of two qualifying rounds

Nothing worse than the sound of a new mom sobbing in the apartment next door because the guy she's with is an absolute and total dick
Me too! Such a great one to blast on a long car ride
AHHHH I love the improvements to the scoring interface
Glad Merzbachers is taking over the bread but the last few years has been me mourning the way this city's charms are vanishing.
I think back to when I was a student at UArts and how just getting a baguette from the shop in Rittenhouse made me feel so fancy and like a grown-up!
MetropolitanBakery closing just HURTS. I know there's a lot of newer bakeries but that was like the only spot for the longest of time. www.inquirer.com/food/metropo...
Kevin would clean up in USFS Adult Silver
Hahahahaha I built that school's website
I keep on mumbling "A Scanner Fatly" to myself this morning and laughing
Nothing like an endless stream of bullying and abuse and mismanagement in the service of what, a bunch of guys who are now in the Eppppstein files
Anyway, he's rolling around in his startup money and I am on the verge of losing my shitass job because once again I am dealing with people who cannot make good products
(Also I'm the reason they no longer allowed employees to audit the class after that year)
It was shitty, the UX/UI was bad, and I told him as much in the class. After I returned to work, I got A Stern Talking-To from my bosses about Making An Alum Feel Bad and then the guy proceeded to call me a "fat bxtch" from the official account. Whee!
It was a whole week of coming up with product ideas and how to name them, as well as guest speakers. So the guy who created this video platform (and also Hub of the Stubs) was a guest speaker and showed off the product
Back when I was working for War-Ton, I was allowed to participate in their Startup Class (the same one Warby Parker came from). They paid for me to go out to their SF campus for this class
Have you never heard my Spreecast story and how its founder harassed me on Twitter
Excuse me, plenty of us did and we got ejected from Tech Society
This t-shirt goes exceptionally hard (also benefits immigrant rights)

Just saw a clip of Alysa Liu on whatever that Andy Cohen talk show is and I'm sorry, the first American women's skating OGM in 30+ years does not deserve to be put through this kind of D-list torture
Let her go prepare for Worlds like she wants to!!!!!
I think the biggest win was helping them understand how hyperlinking works
The goal for this one was to help them better communicate their mission but also do a lot of IA/nav cleanup. Not a huge project but a really nice facelift for people doing good work.
Not to talk shop, but another one of my projects recently launched. Proud of how this turned out. ritm.yale.edu
The scent can and will knock you on your ass
Today in Servicey Posts: While I can't recommend any scent-free options, I can say that Ariel Double Powder detergent is the best I've ever used and for $20 for a big-ass bag, has lasted me far longer than liquid options. (Works well in cold water too.)
