Also fun coincidence, I managed to pick it up for a good price the other day. 🥰

Burnout 3 and Revenge are peak. I'm not huge into racers myself (you could torture me with Gran Turismo), but I like these arcade-y racers quite a bit. I tried getting into Burnout Paradise and whilst that one is alright, I just prefer the crash modes / menu structure of 3 / Revenge sooo much.

Eigentlich müsste man mal ein Video zu diesen ganzen grausigen Tie-In-Games zu deutschen TV-Sendungen und Filmen machen. Der Schuh des Manitu ist da ja auch ganz infamos. Einfachn rotziges Flash-Spielchen auf ne 650MB CD-Rohling gepresst.

An admittedly shodily sculpted clay mask I made right after watching the movie, similar to the one San wears in Princess Mononoke in her wolf dress. It's round, with big circles around the eyes and mouth, painted dark red and golden yellow.

I uh.. may have also gotten carried away a little bit in the meantime as well.. 😅

(I'm terrible at crafting things, I know it's very off, but it was kinda fun!)

Oh I just realised I never talked on BlueSky about how I went to the cinema last week to see Princess Mononoke!

A buddy of mine told me they were airing it all restored for a limited time. I had seen it like.. 20+ years ago on a tiny TV (and in fact it was the only Ghibli movie I've ever seen)

Hoooooly. That stage looks fucking insane! Could've been fooled into thinking this is a TV production. They're doing impressive work over at NFC.

Ist ja in Rapmusik ganz beliebt, dieses Hypeman Zeugs mit dem "uh huh" und random Geräuschen passend zur Line. Weiß noch, als mir das zum ersten Mal wirklich so aufgefallen war.

Sorgt dafür, dass der Track "komplett" klingt, aber wenn man sich aktiv darauf konzentriert ist es auch echt lustig.
