IMO a tragedy of AI’s trajectory (amongst other complicated feelings I have) is that it theoretically has the potential to be powerful as a tool for play, but the reality is contrary

we have 6 different clouds all collaborating:
- Dynamic mask clouds based on "cloud cover" parameter
- High up stylized cirrus clouds to create direction\interest
- Far static horizon cumulonimbus, to create a "back plane"
- 2x static midground clouds for parralax
-"bounce plane" clouds

I guess I can’t see why that couldn’t be done in an operator overload. At least you could do that with Python’s __getitem__

Why metatables vs operator overloading or… whatever python calls those double-underscore prefixed+suffixed methods that do something similar? (Not super familiar with Lua)

This is the direction I’m hoping to go after in the scientific software and participatory science space - there’s a similar problem in academic ecosystems in particular as grad students/postdocs move on, etc. Don’t know if it’d be helpful, but open to chatting about that if it is.

I’d be interested to see if in higher dimensions I’d be in closer proximity to other clusters. It’s not super surprising that I’m put in a software-focused cluster, but I could imagine being in a few other areas
