Please encourage Virginia Del. May Nivar (HD57) to vote for all data center reform bills - especially SB 339 & SB619. The House companion bills were killed in her Labor & Commerce Committee before crossover.

N4C and friends lobbied at the General Assembly day on 2.17.26 - meeting with Stare Senator Schuyler VanValkenburg and staff for Delegate May Nivar on climate action policies. Fingers crossed that good policies survive into crossover!

N4C, Goochland Alliance and Friends of Hanover worked together at Data center oversight lobby day in the General Assembly on 2.19.26 to hopefully get critical bills passed. Virginia needs to put people over big tech: a bridge issue from the far right to the far left!
