Supportive housing is better suited to people with complex mental health and addiction issues. Portable housing subsidies work well for people who just need some extra money to make rent. The city is doing all of these things simultaneously.

The geveltuin (“facade garden”) policy is found in most Dutch municipalities, as here in Delft.
