I saw Oasis live for the first time as a 16 year old in 1997, after my Dad convinced my Mum to let me go. He was with me when we managed to get tickets for this gig in 2024, before he was diagnosed. And I felt him with me that day. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows caught in one photo.
This photo sums up my 2025. Down on the front row of Oasis, 19th July at Heaton Park. Two days later I read the Eulogy at my Dad’s funeral, after 9 months fighting cancer. Richard Ashcroft sang the Drugs Don’t Work and it all finally came to a head for me. Surely next year will be better 🙏
