I know calling reps is very nerve racking. You're not sure what's the right thing to say, and tbh having a script thrown at me makes things just as nerve racking.

I called today, and I figured I'd write up a transcript of how my call went down. Hopefully it helps demystify the process

the way people knew me. and recognized me. and said "ive seen you online!" or "i saw you last year!" and catch up and network was lovely. i met users who invited me eat with them or come to their rooms or colocate servers together and GWAH my brain is full of good chemicals

it was so wonderful just walking around and being an animal and having everyone recognize me and say "hi lua!" and make noises with me and just. be friends. so many friends. so lovely. i dont want it to be over !!!!!!
