Thal's RSD also seems somewhat self-destructive, she'll avoid doing creative work, especially for anyone other than herself, for a while after. She gets reclusive and self-deprecating, and gets overstimulated by audio easily, so struggles to stay in calls. It's not fun...

I've been trying to console Thal all day, she's poked her head out occasionally and the others in our system have been doing their own work, but its hard to dedicate so much energy to helping her regulate all of our emotions.

Please, make sure to credit people when they put in work no matter what.

I don't think Thal's been doing too hot today, got a bunch of RSD from not being credited with stuff she'd done for someone, I always forget how intense RSD gets for her.

Explains why I've been out all day, and why I ended up playing AC6 all day rather than working on creative stuff.
