Yeah the UI is the same in the button shy run. Personally I play having both players sat on the same side of the table and having the cards rotated 45โฐ left or right to indicate ownership, makes it easier to read card text and you can play in scenarios where you don't have opposite seating
there's a nice lil video from jam2go about this! www.youtube.com/watch?v=RSkk...
IT BACK!!
Tyvm!
What does triangulated mean in this context?
STG (Sagic The Gathering)
Honestly considering english apparently isn't their main language it's insane dedication to make a YOUTUBE COMMENT that long I gotta respect it
A timeline visually representing the advice from my post, emphasising how dramatically and reliably having more time, with a testable build, converts to your game being better and your studio being safer.
I've been running an indie games studio for 15 years now, and it felt like a good time to boil down what I've learned into 4 pieces of advice:

I hope it's of use, not least because goddamn I forgot how long blog posts take to write.
By "non-player-centric" are we trying to avoid words like interactive since they imply/necessitate a player to initiate those interactions?
I have to imagine people use it just as referential humor, right? It sounds a bit silly out of context but even then not absurd enough to be funny on its own. Maybe we're just grinches :P
This is what it's all about I think
Technically it's actually devaluing people but that sounds like the other devalue and also it doesn't work for my joke
The villains main move in that movie is desaturating people btw
*hearing about my friend's EX-GF* oh dude i'm so sorry i didnt realise you had meter
I don't thiiink so (but it wouldn't surprise me)
GIMP is so funny because in some ways it's quite powerful and you can adjust to the workflow... Then you try to draw a circle and realise it's a 5 step process using 4 different spots on the gui
Black screen with text reading "TheKitten"
yippee :)
dabestbro + 3 friends on the puzzmo crossword score leaderboard
Really cool puzzle! The puzzmo leaderboard garbles it a bit but we had a fun time with the solve :D the across pair was very clever
OH I understand the trick of the invisible block now
GIMP does this too!

There's something very satisfying about looking at a giant monolith of constants. It's surprising how quickly the amount of constants can balloon even with a low-scope character controller (this one only has jumping and underwater states)
Little late on this but WOW rhythm doctor 1.0 was so good. Absolutely incredible experience, in general the way RD handles tutorialisation of new elements is just best in class. Such a great finale too
Hmmm I found an invisible block but not sure where to go from it. Got the star though, fun experience and I liked the m*chanics
Seems like you got shit done this year
oh secondsLate is DIABOLICAL ๐ญ๐ญ
cheers!
Wait did you beat it in like two hours or did you have a prerelease copy
Fortnite was also one of the leading games when it came to flick stick implementation, iirc. It's a really neat control scheme that makes doing large quick turns way faster, takes getting used to but could be worth checking out
