Another reason is my current phone (iPhone 13 pro) has some annoying connectivity problems with 4G and 5G in that if Iβm connected to WiFi, as soon as I disconnect from WiFi the phone wonβt reconnect to mobile networks unless I put it in Airplane mode and if that doesnβt work, a full rebootβ¦
In before anyone says set up my own storage: Yes I will in the future but I want a stop gap in between so I can transfer everything from my iCloud to another service so my phone switch is seamless as possible. π Literally all my photos and videos are on iCloud rn.
So I am heavily thinking of dumping Apple and moving over to Android, mostly because Iβve grown tired of Apple. And Iβm a big iCloud user and thought hey I could dump an American tech company entirely and have a European company as my online cloud storage provider. Anyone have recommendation?
