It was supposed to be a blog about the next two seasons in #FM26 with Lokeren.
But all the things connected to finances are broken. I had more crash dumps on Friday afternoon than in FM23 and FM24 together.
And Iβve had enough of this game. #FootballManager

Great last three weeks. Every time I did some exercise, I had a positive test.
So back to the beginning...

A good week in terms of ππ» & indoor π΄π»ββοΈ, finished with a simple 10k charity/virtual event with the aim of running around @5:50/km.
Also, finally made the decision and switched from #Garmin back to #Coros after four years.

The pass map is a nice visualisation, maybe just because I was used to it from the past. But how can I trust them it works as it should? Especially as it's not the first thing they added back to the game, althought they said it didn't work properly, or people didn't use it, in the past.
It feels like they discovered a feature/part of the game that was in previous versions, they found out that it works in this version, so they stuck it in back, and present it as something new, or something improved. But it all just feels like a plaster to me on top of a botched piece of work.
Just this.
Four days rest, five days on the exercise bike, but finally running again after a mild flu ππ»

π He's great, surely one of the best newgens I've ever had in FM. I'm currently in the middle of the short pre-season, and he is wanted by Bayern. He has a β¬18M release clause, so I'm not sure how long I will be able to keep him π
The last five days on #Zwift after beating the flu and preparing to get back to running again πͺπ» One more ride to complete the whole Tour de Zwift 2026.

Reading FC manager Leam Richardson is emerging as a leading candidate to become the next manager of Blackburn Rovers.
There should be a transfer deadline for managers as well. #readingfc

Yeah, I felt great the whole run. I even ran five minutes longer than planned. If I had felt any symptoms in the morning, I wouldn't have even run. My wife would have killed me, especially since she's a doctor, she keeps an eye on everything π
And a few hours later, fever and positive test for influenza A. Fuck off ππ»
I was able to run around 3k without pain before Christmas and I had to stop after that. But since using the massage gun and doing a lot of stretching, it's better and I run almost without pain. The worst thing was that it was more painful while I was doing nothing, just the touch was too painful.
A lot of them, including moderate calf raises, or just simple stretching. I was on a shock wave three times, too, but that didn't help too much.
I bought the massage gun during Christmas, and that helped a lot.
I'm still not 100% recovered from my Achilles injury. It's been going on for five months now.
But during January, I made a big progress and was able to run 120 kilometres and ride over 530 kilometres on #Zwift π΄π»π
And February started with my longest run since last March π

Never posted a review on Steam before but... this game is a fucking mess #fm26
I thought I knew most of the features within FM24, but I've already found a couple of things I missed - thanks to FM26, although I wouldn't have expected it, given the horrendous UI.
It was in FM24 already.
