A game of diaper wrestling where both try to babyfy each other, possibly with the aid of assistants. Assistants are not allowed to interfere with opponent, only hand over items and be an extra pair of hands. Wrestlers are not allowed to remove already attatched garments.

The artstyle (as I remember it) was a bit childrens bookish, the person was a woman and I think she had red messy/curly hair...
( My brains memory central prioritizes this sort of stuff 💪 )

Thinking about an artwork I saw on Deviantart about 15 years ago. It was my first confirmation of other ABDL artists. It would be so cool to find it!
