That being said, I will never go back to X. I'm here, my primary social is LinkedIn though. The reach is at least relevant
I think the bot thing is likely a big part of that equation. While it does artificially boost engagement numbers, that boost does also get posts in front of more eyes. It's a fallacy that propagates itself into a sort of reality. It's terrible, but effective.
I think there are a couple of other factors at play:
1. The rancor against X likely isn't universal. It seems like more of a Western thing
2. Flutter is definitely more of a global community
3. Twitter is riddled with bots, so the other engagement isn't necessarily real.
