150 gallons for a home wash? Are they just letting the hose run full out while they’re washing? I’d guess I use under 10-12 gallons to wash my full size truck - 2 gallons in a bucket and maybe 5-6 minutes total spray time with a 1.8 gpm electric pressure washer.

How long can you tread water?
It may be useful someday. I come in contact with a *lot* of building methods; We even had a printed house developer nearby, but the costs caused it to fail. Wall structure is about 3% of a (finished) house cost, and we can do that conventionally for less than $5(US)/SF. It's a tough market to beat.
Sadly, the part of the house that can be 3D printed is the cheapest part of the housing equation. It's nice if (a) you like to have curves in walls and (b) like the aesthetic. But it's not really cheaper or (imho) better. At least not yet.
