We see the direction the US is going and all know it is evil. That there is no excuse. We saw where this same evil led in WW2.
In 90s we had some level of business dealings with them. Then, in 2003, they raped, tortured and killed an Iranian-Canadian journalist they’d jailed.
They doubled down when we called them on it. The Iranian government can eat shit, but we want reform not war.
On the selling of weapons, etc. Iran doesn’t have a legitimate grievance.

UK & France also have their own interests in the Middle East separate from US. Both are former colonial powers and are closer & more dependent on the ME for energy needs.
The point is to encourage others to stay out before they join in. If they do, they should know better than to run crying to us.
That language was what I’d suggested a couple days ago. UK/France was not allowing strikes.
