No idea who this is but she seems like the bully who's actually really into the things she bullies her victims about. So I imagine she steals their toys to play with. Maybe she returns them, maybe not.

She leaned into the small comforts of ABDL when she found it. Plushies, the feeling of a clean diaper, thumb sucking, etc. She scavenges for anything she can find, leading to her owning a little stash of AB stuff. She doesn't really get the sexual side
