I really like the Ubiquiti system, which will do all the same stuff as Ring/Nest but runs locally on your hardware in your house. Bonus points for more advanced detection features and no subscriptions too.

Shop around for extra small duffle bags, they’re inexpensive and often just the right size for a fursuit head.

Wrap a trash bag around the head inside the small duffle for extra protection, and you have a more normal looking bag with room for other small accessories.
