I managed a vaccination/screening clinic during covered that covered a 25 thousand mile region. There were plenty of legitimate reasons for hesitancy and we worked with that, and ultimately some people were just bad, stupid or ignorant people that refused to learn or understand.

How does putting your child, and other children, in serious danger equate to being a good parent? You can be happy they weren't abusive or whatever, but they put human lives at risk for no good reason.
