The absolute last piece I could think of cutting would be Phyrexian Delver because 5 mana for Reanimate seems painful to cast from the hand but I assume that it's there for the Birthing Pod chain. Other than that I'm out of ideas for real this time. Good luck!
I've actually got what I think is a pretty similar deck in the Artifact-Aristocrats theme, just with Clues w/ the MKM Teysa so alot of the lines seem easy to feel out. I gotta find a cut for Judee in there too haha
A recurring theme is that the cards I think you could cut next keep end up being cards you've already marked for death elsewhere. Desecrated Tomb is the last one that I think you could cut since it's just afew more tokens if the deck is already doing its thing but it works so well with Chthonian
The roughest part of all of these cuts is that I do agree with all of your reasons for keeping them. Recurring for just a black and 2 life is a very hard rate to beat. Clattering Augur maybe? I like the card draw but 2BB on the self return, just to return to hand? Might be low enough value to go
Hard to say then. Visionary and Desecrated Tomb? I'm not totally sold on Reassembling Skeleton and Timeline Culler. Redundancy is good but neither of them have an extra oomph to them like some of your other self-looping fodder pieces. Outside of those maybe there just isnt space for Fang and Vanille

I was going to say that Sibsig worries me without a way to work around it but then I realized Gyome gets around it because Sibsig destroys, not sacrifices. That's such a fun way to dodge it's downside. Maybe Hot Dog? I don't know if the etb food is enough upside for a 3 mana rock
If Visionary is mainly there for a Pod chain, Fang is fine enough to go in at 3 isn't she? You don't draw a card along the way, sure, but the chain is still going. After looking at the list maybe Acererak gets the bullet too? I don't think he's very good unless you can make him just one black
Finding space for two cuts is rough. Is TL Culler just in there for repeatable sacfodder? It and Visionary strike me as a little low card quality, but I have a hard time really suggesting anything without knowing how the deck runs
