Also wet wrap therapy, its very easy to do at home and I use it when my skin gets especially bad.
I highly recommend getting some sort of soft thin fabric ones. The normal plastic bandaids have actually peeled away my skin with them when I removed them before.

i think some of my best pages were in this one
